Andy Luk

Dr. Luk is currently appointed as the Head of Digital Transformation & Insights at HK Express Airways and being incubated by Amazon Inc. in Seattle in 2016 for innovation practice, Dr. Luk is a seasoned entrepreneur, Academic Practitioner & Chief Strategist in Customer Experience Strategy, Mindfulness Living, Digital Technology, Digital Marketing & Neuromarketing with keen interests in SEA counties. Dr. Luk assumed many key leadership roles in the regional Startups and Global 1000 companies such as HSBC, MetLife and Bertelsmann Group as C-suite executive and SVP in the major corporate functions during 2000 to 2017. During 2008 and 2020, Dr. Luk was appointed as Strategic Advisors by AIS Thailand and Octave Institute of IMC Corp., China, and Singapore to give instrumental advise to steer company development. Recently, Dr. Luk was elected as CIO 100 ASEAN 2022 to show his leadership towards optimizing digital business in Hong Kong Express Airways.

Furthermore, Dr. Luk is also known as a reputable advisor, moderator of regional summit and a renowned thought leader for organization’s digital transformation journeys & the application of Neuromarketing in many vertical industries. Dr. Luk successfully championed various digital transformation projects such as AXA, AIA, HKSAR Government, State Council of China (Telecom & Aviation Practice), Cathay Pacific Airways, the Swatch Group, Biotherm and Disneyland China. In the past 12 years, Dr. Luk leaded to deliver 35+ consulting and advisory projects in APAC region. Besides from being a commercial leader, Dr. Luk is also active in education sector. He is the Visiting Fellow & Adjunct Associate Professor by University of Hong Kong (SPACE), City University of Hong Kong (MBA), Hong Kong Polytechnic University, University of South Australia (MBA), Chulalongkorn University Thailand and University College Dublin, Ireland since 2005. Concurrently, he also facilitated Digital incubation program with Mckinsey’s founded NGO, Hong Kong Electric and Hong Kong International Terminal.

Dr. Luk holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with University of Surrey, UK and honorable Master of Science in Marketing with University College Dublin, Ireland. And he is a Certified Management Consultant, Chartered Marketer and Certified CRM Specialist. And he is the candidate of International Affairs at Kings College London.
