Wee-Lee Loh

Wee Lee Loh was appointed Group Chief Digital and yuu Rewards Officer in April 2025, overseeing yuu Rewards, Retail Analytics, and Retail Media. Prior to this, he joined the Group as Chief Digital Officer in September 2023, driving digital business growth. Before DFI, Wee Lee held senior roles at Lazada Group, including CEO of Lazada Singapore, where he transformed the business toward growth and sustainability. He began his career as a management consultant with McKinsey, has lived in over 10 countries, and holds degrees from Cornell University and Harvard University.
