Valerie is the Key Account Manager at 8x8, responsible for helping clients leverage 8x8’s competitive suite of cloud API solutions - SMS, ChatApps, Voice, and Video, to enhance customer flow and transform the consumer experience. In addition to managing new client acquisitions, her current APAC remit focuses on helping leading players in E-commerce, logistics, digital banks, insurance, and retail companies upscale and stay relevant in today’s digital-centric and seamless world. Prior to joining 8x8, Valerie spent 8.5 years in the talent solutions space, spanning various industries, from retail, FMCG to banks and other FSIs. Her portfolio covered key SEA markets and has partnered with global MNCs - including Fortune 500, SMEs as well as Series B and C start-ups. She grew up in Singapore and holds a Bachelor of Degree in Mass Communication.
