With over a decade of experience in marketing and advertising, Tricia currently serves as the Marketing Manager II at Cebu Pacific Air where she leads the airline’s marketing strategy in the Philippines. She oversees the development and execution of demand generation strategies and integrated campaigns across domestic and international outbound markets. Her deep expertise in regional marketing and market localization enables her to craft culturally relevant, performance-driven campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Tricia is known for her strategic acumen, ability to build and mentor high-performing teams, and her strong advocacy for data-driven marketing and people-centric leadership with agencies, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
Prior to her role at Cebu Pacific, Tricia held strategic positions at AyalaLand Malls, Inc. and Ogilvy Philippines, where she led award-winning campaigns for global brands such as Nestlé, Unilever, and KFC—earning accolades from Spikes Asia, DMA Echo Awards, and Smarties Awards. A results-driven marketer, she is known for delivering measurable business outcomes, impactful brand growth and passion for innovation. Tricia graduated as part of the Dean's List with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Advertising Management, from De La Salle University – Taft, Manila
