Sri heads the Freshchat product at Freshworks, and works closely with clients in the travel industry. He is passionate about finding new ways to help businesses engage and delight their customers, and has over a decade of experience building products and innovating on customer experience. Sri previously founded Konotor, a pioneering product in mobile in-app messaging and customer engagement, which was acquired by Freshworks in late 2015. Prior to his startup, Sri lead product teams at Verizon, Rediff.com, and Jigsee
