Samson Lim is General Manager of China Agency & Digital Sales for Delta Air Lines, and is responsible for passenger sales of China outbound to Americas travel in agency and digital channels. On the digital front, Samson oversees sales and marketing strategies across Delta.com, OTAs, online flagship store – leveraging social media, mobile platform, localization, and API/NDC to grow Delta’s digital footprint in China outbound travel market.
Samson joined Delta in 2008 at Delta’s Global Headquarters in Atlanta, leading teams in Pricing and Revenue Management Systems. In 2013, he relocated to Singapore to manage Delta’s Global Pricing Distribution, followed by Shanghai in 2016 to establish Delta’s APAC Pricing teams in Shanghai and Tokyo. Samson has been in the current role since 2018.
Samson holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Aerospace Engineering as well as an MBA from Georgia Tech in Atlanta.
