Ravi Shankar is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at AirAsia MOVE, bringing over 15 years of experience in branding, AI marketing, customer experience, data science, technology, and commerce across the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to rejoining Capital A in AirAsia MOVE, he served as CMO at CARSOME Malaysia, overseeing branding, marketing, growth, and customer experience across multiple Southeast Asian countries. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Google in India and Lion & Lion in Malaysia, focusing on campaign management and performance analytics, respectively. Ravi is known for his passion for integrating AI into marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
