Ranjani is a seasoned MBA, Relationship Management and Anti Money Laundering Professional with a 20+ year track record as operator and advisor on a number of growth and restructuring initiatives. She has operating experiences and expertise in Banking (Retail, Corporate and Correspondent), Money Services Business, Travel Services, Corporate Secretarial, Accounting and Training Companies gained from working for top global public and private companies. Having lived and worked in 3 continents (USA, UK and Singapore) across the world, Ranjani is able to collaborate effectively across borders and cultures to unlock value for clients.

Ranjani is the Executive Director and CEO of Changi Travel Exchange (a wholly owned subsidiary of Changi Travel Services and the Changi Airport Group) approved by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. In this capacity she manages the strategic direction of the company in terms of any offerings within the payments space which includes Currency Exchange (both online and offline), Remittance and digital payments that falls under Regulation and ensures that it is AML Compliant. She also works closely with the department heads across CTS in terms of Existing and new product offerings across the travel space. She is regularly invited as a speaker for prestigious global events to speak on Singapore as a key business destination and key insights into AML/CFT
