He is responsible for leading the Digital department looking after the CRM and consumer insights, website and owned media, digital advertising, and marketing & consumer experience technology. He previously held dual roles (Revenue and Digital Marketing Director) for Potato Head and Alila Hotels before focusing on Digital Marketing. As a passionate hospitality nerd, he had won hospitality and restaurant awards, and is also active as a marketing consultant for a luxury hospitality brand.
