Patrick is an experienced executive and commercial leader, committed to helping brands solve their marketing and customer challenges, as opposed to media or digital delivery.  As CEO, he has driven the expansion of Affectv - a programmatic advertising business with data at its core - since 2016, growing the team and capabilities from a small UK office to now having operations around the world.

Patrick brings with him over 20 years industry experience in a number of global roles, most recently as SVP, Global Client Operations at WPP. Throughout his career Patrick has held senior positions at Geometry Global, TBA Global, KTG Publicis Worldwide and Leo Burnett and worked with global brands including Johnson & Johnson, P&G and British American Tobacco.
