Nantaporn oversees e commerce activities including social media, promotions and website analytics. She is managing the rate structures for Best Western Hotels and ensure parity throughout all online channels. Regional websites management by using Joomla and WordPress, regional online advertisement in term of Google Search, Youtube and Facebook Advertising are also part of her remit. Not only that, she also oversee Best Western Rewards program within the region.
