Marta Grutka

Since her first stint in public affairs and advertising in 1989 coordinating VIP customer loyalty events for American Express' high-net-worth {HNW} clients and writing readership surveys for Travel & Leisure and Food & Wine, Marta has had the privilege of working for some of the world's leading organizations and living in major media and government centers around the world. A U.S. citizen by birth and career expat by choice, she has spent the last two decades in APAC. The professional impact she has made by partnering with progressive leaders of more than 100 premium brands in 15 industries to ignite social innovation and sustainable transformation through integrated marketing and communications spans more than 85 countries. Her wanderlust brought her back full circle and she was singlehandedly leading PR and Communications for Travel + Leisure Co.'s international division based in Singapore until early 2024. There, she championed DEI and sustainability initiatives on the company's Women in Travel and WyndGreen committees. As a result, she was invited to become a member of Travel Daily's 2024 Inspiring Women in Travel Asia awards organising committee. She also is currently a member and mentor for Inspiring Women in Hospitality.
