Having worked at NICE since 2007, Mark is responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team of Enterprise architects’ and Technology consultants, creating solutions across Analytics, Customer Journey, Automation and AI He works with organization across APAC helping them to reimagine the role of technology to drive human centricity and engagement, accelerating AI adoption & Data monetization to fuel growth and driving innovation at scale.
