With 14 years of digital experience and innovation worldwide Marcos Cadena is today the Vice President of Digital Marketing, Distribution and CRM at Minor International where he leads the strategy and implementation of the technologies for digital, ecommerce and distribution for all Minor Hotel brands.
During his career, he managed the Corporate Digital marketing department of Kempinski Hotels worldwide and led his own consulting company key projects in digital for Mandarin Oriental, Accor, Campanile and many independent hotels. He received his MBA at IE business school and Berkeley University in Digital Marketing and recently completed his executive training in Innovation of Products and Services: MIT’s Approach to Design Thinking at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management.
Marcos has a passion and a focus for innovation management and design thinking and specializes in the areas of change management and how to influence the organization to accept and drive change. He is also very passionate about Triathlons and the challenges of pushing yourself to the limits.
