Josie Lai is currently the Head of Genting Ventures, which is the startup investment arm of Genting Group. Genting Group is a Malaysian conglomerate that operates in entertainment, hospitality, agriculture, oil& gas business globally. Genting Ventures invests primarily into pre-A to series B startups that are relevant to Genting's businesses. Prior to join Genting in 2018, Josie had 10 years of experience across venture capital investment, partnership development and consulting.
