Josh is the Commercial Director for JAPAC at Crimtan, with over 15 years of digital marketing experience across search, social, and programmatic. Based in Tokyo, he oversees Crimtan’s operations across the region, including offices in Sydney, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. Josh has worked closely with tourism boards, airlines, and hospitality groups to design and execute campaigns that not only drive short-term results like bookings and visitation, but also build long-term brand equity. Having spent over a decade working across APAC, Josh brings a deep understanding of the region’s cultural and consumer nuances, a critical importance for travel brands looking to scale both regionally and globally. He specialises in helping marketers activate data-driven, localised strategies that resonate with diverse audiences, while delivering measurable results at scale through programmatic technology.
