As Vice President, Head of Brand-Commercial, Jeannette Ho is responsible for leading all Brand Commercial functions, working closely with Cluster and Property teams to elevate the Group’s global brands and drive business performance across diverse markets. With more than 20 years of experience in Commercial Performance, Revenue Management, Customer Analytics, and Brand Management, Jeannette brings a wealth of expertise in shaping and strengthening luxury hospitality brands, enhancing both their market presence and operational success. Before joining Banyan Group in November 2024, Jeannette led brand strategy and commercial performance for the Raffles brand, overseeing its global portfolio of hotels and residences and managing total revenue for the hotel division. She also played a key role in advancing the company’s Digital Innovation and Sustainability initiatives. Prior to this, she served as Global Head of Revenue Strategy and Commercial Distribution at Fairmont Raffles Hotels International (FRHI), where she oversaw Revenue Management, Distribution, Enterprise Business Intelligence, Customer Analytics, and Guest Experience. During her tenure, she transformed the revenue culture across more than 100 FRHI hotels.
