As Klook’s Marketing Lead for Singapore, Jeanette Ong drives the brand’s marketing strategy, partnerships, and local campaign innovation, championing Klook’s mission to inspire travel and discovery through meaningful experiences.
With a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, Jeanette has led some of Klook Singapore’s most talked-about campaigns, from creative staycation concepts like “beauty-cations” and durian-themed cruises to cross-brand collaborations that seamlessly blend lifestyle, entertainment, and travel. Her ability to turn bold ideas into commercially successful experiences has strengthened Klook’s position as a go-to platform for both everyday adventures and major travel moments.
Before joining Klook, Jeanette gained extensive experience in the F&B sector, working in foodpanda and Chope, where she honed her skills in crafting locally relevant products and building strong brand collaborations. She is passionate about creativity with purpose, data-driven storytelling, and finding fresh ways to connect with consumers in Singapore’s fast-evolving leisure landscape.
Outside of work, Jeanette enjoys exploring exotic destinations, uncovering hidden dining gems and bars, and drawing inspiration from everyday moments that spark great ideas.
