Jay Pring is an experienced digital marketer and leader in business transformation. He has guided some of Asia Pacific’s most prominent brands, including Salesforce, Samsung, BMW, Meralco, ABS-CBN and others to find deeper, richer ways to engage with their customers.
He began his career as a journalist, before being tasked by Australia’s richest man, Kerry Packer, with monetising digital content across the country’s leading websites. Since then he has specialised in driving revenue via digital channels. More recently, his focus has shifted to the new corporate battlefield—customer experience. He now devotes himself to developing unique customer engagement strategies that improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
