James Manderson

James has over a decade of experience leading CRM programmes in multiple sectors, including as Head of CRM at Universal Music Group International.  He also spent a number of years working in not-for-profit where amongst other roles he lead CRM and data for Shelter, the UK’s largest housing and homelessness charity.

Currently EMEA & APAC General Manager at Braze, the leading customer engagement platform for the mobile first age, James lives with his wife Melissa on the south coast of England where they enjoy walking, painting and good food.
