Hsu Ching leads the overall strategy, technology and execution of owned and external digital presence as well as the loyalty programme across all channels for Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s portfolio of Pan Pacific, PARKROYAL COLLECTION and PARKROYAL hotels, resorts, and serviced suites globally. She brings to the Group years of strategic and hands-on experience in e-commence, digital marketing, loyalty and partnership programmes in start-ups, MNCs and in agencies. Passionate about inculcating a purpose-driven culture, Hsu Ching thrives on building capabilities and collaborative learning within teams, focusing on optimised delivery. Prior to the Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Hsu Ching was the Vice President, Online Marketing for The Ascott Group where she spearheaded the digital growth for the leading international lodging owner-operator.
