Graham is a seasoned global travel, tourism and hospitality executive leader with a keen interest in the ever-evolving travel distribution and technology landscape. His career began with Utell International (at the time the world’s largest hotel reservations company) and continued with Disneyland Paris. Graham migrated to Australia in 1995 to take up the roll of Chief Executive Officer, Traveland, He was appointed CEO of See Australia in 2000, Managing Director Domain and Classifieds at Fairfax Digital in 2007 and CEO of Inland NSW in 2011. Graham has collaborated with several successful travel start-ups focusing on applying artificial intelligence and machine learning to transform travel distribution. In May 2018 Graham was appointed Managing Director, Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Australasia an following the acquisition of World Hotels in 2019 Managing Director, BWH Hotel Group, Australasia. Graham’s career journey has led him to appreciate the vital role of leadership, culture, innovation and transformation (disruption) in keeping organisations relevant in the everchanging landscape.
