Eerika Enne

Eerika is responsible for leading the Travel retail sales & development at Finnair. She has a background in CX development and management consulting. Before this position, she was responsible for driving customer experience initiatives forward and ensuring all relevant stakeholders (internal & external) were involved, one of the main focus areas being personalised customer experience. She contributed to customer experience concept development, customer dialogue throughout the customer journey and loyalty building.
