Daniel Koo is currently Vice President, Head of Digital of Shangri-la Circle, the direct-to-consumer loyalty and digital platform for Shangri-La Group. Before joining the luxurious hospitality group, Daniel was the Digital Lead in DFS Group, Mobile App Product Owner in Cathay Pacific. He is the certified Product Owner with a wealth of experience in travel, digital and customer experiences.
