Originally from France, Charline has built a distinguished 15-year career with Accor – a global leader in hospitality – holding diverse roles across continents and functions. Her passion for discovery, people, and travel has taken her from New York to London, Paris, and now Singapore.

As Vice President, Loyalty & Partnerships for the Middle East, Africa & Asia Pacific, Charline leads the strategic growth of Accor’s global loyalty ecosystem – ALL Accor – across more than 40 countries and 1,000+ hotels. She is responsible for driving member acquisition, engagement and retention, while forging innovative partnerships that expand the program’s value and reach.

With a master degree in Luxury Brand Management and a strong foundation & experiences across Digital, Marketing and Distribution, Charline champions a loyalty-first mindset across commercial and operational teams to strengthen member share of business. Her favorite part of the job: crafting meaningful, data-driven strategies that bring the brand to life through personalized experiences and impactful campaigns.
