The leader in strategic direction is also innovation and technology advocate. Never one satisfied with the status quo, Cetin applied his forward thinking to harnessing technology to revolutionize traditional areas in the hospitality industry.

He launched Singapore's first automated kiosk check-in and relay robots in-room servicing as first for an international hotel brand in Asia in adopting this technology. Other major innovations include; Shang Rewards digitized F&B loyalty program, the e- Booker's Club, Best Practices platform, TV Shopping, Virtual Training, Entrepreneurship for Incubators.
