Hotel101’s unique tech-driven condotel model unifies development and operations to ensure consistency, operational efficiency, and a seamless guest experience through standardized 21 sqm rooms across all locations. In her role, Catherine leverages her expertise in business development to drive global expansion and project development through joint ventures and franchise partnerships. Prior to joining Hotel101 Global, Catherine held several senior positions at Accor, the world’s leading hospitality group. She served as Vice President of Accor One Living and Global Brand Advisory Lead, where she led the group’s mixed-use business and helped solidify its position as the world’s second-largest operator of branded residences. Catherine has a proven track record of delivering results and creating value for clients, partners, and stakeholders in the highly competitive and dynamic real estate industry. She holds an MBA from IE Business School, a master’s degree from Monash University, and dual bachelor’s degrees from Carnegie Mellon University.
