Carolyn Corda is a data industry leader with extensive experience in driving transformational marketing for travel companies along with a strong track record in accelerating the growth of B2B brands and data services solutions. She has built successful businesses by applying advanced analytics to large sets of consumer transaction data; the resulting insight powers customer engagement for marketing, loyalty and experience design and delivery. Her clients, who span the breadth of the travel and hospitality industry, rely on her to help them establish a competitive edge and boost revenues by increasing customer wallet-share and by penetrating new customer segments.

As CMO of ADARA, Carolyn has responsibility for aligning the brand with the company’s expanding mission to provide clients with a solution that enables travel brands to collaborate and share insights in order to deliver personalized experiences, improve customer loyalty, and maximize revenue at the customer level. She leads global brand and product marketing initiatives including positioning, product marketing, public relations, social media presence and demand generation.

Prior to ADARA, she was a Managing Director at Accenture where she was the led Applied Intelligence for the travel practice in North America. Previous to that role, Carolyn was a senior executive at Epsilon with responsibility for developing and launching new data solutions as well as building the brand’s presence in the travel sector. Her previous positions include executive roles at Fair Isaac and Sabre. She also pioneered the first travel data co-op, Vistrio.

She has been recognized for her thought leadership and has spoken on the subject of customer insight at industry conferences—including Skift, Phocuswright, and EyeForTravel. Carolyn earned a Bachelor’s degree from Yale University, an MBA from UCLA and a Master’s from Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration.
