YBhg Dato' Pangeran Andy Khen, DPMP currently holds the position as owner’s representative cum Corporate Director of Revenue & Distribution with PMG Hotels & Resorts. Andy was previously general manager with Meruorah Komodo Labuan Bajo and the pre-opening general manager with The Bandha Hotel & Suites. Prior to this appointment, Andy was Executive Director with L Hotels & Resorts, Group Director of E-Commerce & Distribution with Swiss-Belhotel International, and Corporate Director of Global Revenue Management & Distribution with Santika Indonesia Hotels & Resorts. Andy's expertise in travel industry includes hotel operations, sales & marketing, e-commerce & distribution, revenue management, and digital marketing & social media. Andy is a graduate from Macquarie University (Australia) and holds master certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University, CHA (Certified Hotel Administrator), CHIA (Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics) & CHRM (Certified Hotel Revenue Manager) from American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, and CRME (Certified Revenue Management Executive) & CHDM (Certified Hotel Digital Marketer) from Hotel Sales & Marketing Association International. His current interests include Pricing and Behavioural Economics.
