Amy Wei

Amy Wei is a seasoned product management executive with extensive global market experience. She is currently the Senior Director of Product Management at Trip.com Group, where she oversees product development across all platforms (app, desktop and mobile website). On February 17th, 2023, Amy led her team to integrate cutting-edge AI technology and launch TripGenie, an advanced context-based Natural Language Processing-integrated (NLP) chatbot in Trip.com App to provide live assistance to travelers. Prior to joining Trip.com Group, Amy held product management roles at notable technology companies including Amazon, Motorola and Nokia. In 2015, Amy joined Qunar, a Trip.com Group company, where she successfully led the international expansion of the airline ticketing business. She then became CEO of Trip.com Group's global train ticketing unit, launching TrainPal in February 2018, providing train and bus ticket booking services in the Asian and European markets. Under her leadership, TrainPal has achieved remarkable success, increasing its monthly ticket volume by 520 times in just 20 months. With an MBA degree from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor's degree from Beihang University, Amy is a well-rounded product manager and business leader with a strong international outlook and exceptional leadership skills. She has a proven ability to develop new international businesses from scratch and deliver outstanding results.
