Allenie Caccam

Allenie has 14 years of commercial experience in the fast consumer goods and the aviation industry combined. She has been with AirAsia since 2014, and has been part of the team who built  the brand in the Philippines. Last 2022, she took on a new role as Regional Commercial Head to help the commercial & marketing of AirAsia X long haul business in Malaysia. Now, she is serving as the head of the Business Growth department for AirAsia Group leading new markets & channels. She was awarded by the CMO Asia & World Women Leadership Congress in 2021 as one of the outstanding women leaders in the Philippines for a track record of contributing to sustainable leadership and promoting empowerment & social change in the workplace. When not working, she surfs, dives, travels, and writes.
