Aileen Isidro

Aileen M. Isidro is the Vice President for Corporate Strategy and Risk Officer of Cebu Pacific Air (CEB), the largest airline in the Philippines with a network spanning Asia, Australia and the Middle East. Since joining in 2020, Aileen brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight into the role. She drives and oversees the airline’s long-term business strategy, cross-functional priority projects, and enterprise risk management. She also leads the company’s decarbonization strategy and sustainability initiatives, ensuring the integration of ESG within operations. In her previous roles in CEB, she was instrumental in leading corporate governance and business process management, digitalizing finance processes and advancing business continuity. Before CEB, she held leadership positions in strategy, finance and marketing at major corporations in the Philippines, giving her a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and strategic planning across industries. This includes Universal Robina Corporation, Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc., Monde Nissin Corporation, and British American Tobacco Philippines Inc. Highly skilled in business planning and financial modeling with interdisciplinary and multi-cultural exposure, Aileen holds a Master of Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the Asian Institute of Management (dean’s list), with participation in an exchange program at Schulich School of Business, York University in Canada. She graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Economics
