Dyson is a long-time digital veteran and pioneer with extensive experience in digital marketing, e-commerce and social media gained from multinationals in APAC leadership roles.

He is currently with Wynn Resorts in Macau, leading its digital function to drive brand preference, e-commerce sales and customer acquisition through direct channels, paid media, social media and loyalty programs.

At Genting Cruise Lines, the cruise arm of the global conglomerate Genting Group, he championed the overall development and performance of a holistic digital strategy for the luxurious Dream Cruises and popular Star Cruises brands, spanning 2 major fleets, 8 cruise ships and more than 10 markets across the globe. Previously at Marriott International, he was responsible for spearheading a region-wide digital distribution agenda in the APAC region, successfully growing revenue and customer base across new and existing markets through strategic distribution channels. Prior to Marriott, he spent 10 years with The Walt Disney Company in various managerial positions in APAC across functions such as e-commerce (overseeing the award-winning website HongKongDisneyland.com), theme parks and resorts, television media, and technology.
