Joey Faust

Joey Faust is the Product Manager of Customer Shared Services at Air New Zealand. He is responsible for growing, maintaining, and exposing Air New Zealand's capabilities across all customer touchpoints. This includes core APIs through which Air New Zealand integrates with various channels and partners, as well as new cross-channel and AI-enabled technologies to support customer needs such as its chatbot Bravo Oscar Tango - Oscar for short.  Oscar has been an early foray into artificial intelligence for Air New Zealand and was launched in early 2017 as an industry-leading customer service bot, supporting more than 350 topics and available on Air New Zealand’s website and mobile app.
