During his career, Alwin has involved in strategic planning for direct marketing, e-commerce, CRM, loyalty and enterprise solutions for big organization from various industry. He was once work in several digital agencies, and banks in Malaysia, later AirAsia, and now Malaysia Airlines. Alwin also speaks at international conferences such as Business Intelligence & Analytics Forum, International Contact Centre Management & CRM Asia.
